Devin C. Moss
Owner/Director
Devin Moss has been the Owner and Director of Classic Image Dance for over 20 years. Devin is an expert in teaching both Ballet and Jazz, having over 25 years experience. She is certified in the Cecchetti Method of Ballet, and is the only Certified Instructor in the State who is qualified to instruct other teachers. Over the years, Devin has trained thousands of dancers, many of whom have gone on to have careers in the dance world.
Teri Carr
Instructor
Terri took her first ballet class when she was six years old, and was hooked! Since then, she has added tap, jazz, pointe, lyrical and modern to her repetoire, studying at and performing and competing with local dance studios. Ultimately Terri graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BFA in Dance from the University of Arizona. She began teaching dance at an early age, and has found her calling, teaching the youngest of dancers. Terri has called Classic Image Dance home since 2005, and is excited to be a part of such a great studio!
Monica Chavez
Instructor
Monica began her dance training at the age of 3. Ever since she began dancing she enjoyed performing, whether it was on stage or in the living room of her home. She was a member of Classic Image Dance Company for 12 years; she competed in countless regional and national competitions, and attended many workshops taught by professional choreographers. Monica was a part of the dance company at Corona del Sol High School, where she was President and also captain of the Pom Line. She started assisting at the age of 12, and after graduating high school she joined the staff at CID. Now, Monica is a student at ASU where she is studying at Walter Cronkite for PR- Media and Mass Communications and was apart of the ASU Spirit Squad her freshman year. Monica now continues to inspire kids as she teaches and instills her love for dance in the younger dancers at Classic Image Dance. Monica loves every aspect of dance and continues her passion for it through performing, competing, teaching, and choreographing.

Aaron is proud to be one of the many talented ballet teachers at Classic Image Dance. This is his third year as part of the CID family. Aaron trained under the tutelage of many great teachers such as, T.J. Maheras, Miguel Garcia, Kee Juan Han, Cliff Keuter, Dominika Borovansky, and Xenia Chlistova to name just a few. Additionally, he is the dance director at Corona del Sol high school, where he has been teaching for the past ten years. It is his honor and privilege to share his passion for dance with all of his students.
Amy Hargreaves

Amy Hargreaves has been dancing since she was very young and grew up at Classic Image Dance. She has performed and competed at various dance competitions throughout the country. Amy has been a part of Grounding Pointe Dance Company, performed in “Carnival” in L.A.and worked for Royal Caribbean International. Dancing and traveling with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines is what piqued Amy’s interest in the travel industry. Amy graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Business and Tourism. Amy continues to work Encore Performing Arts Showcase (Dance Competition) traveling throughout the country. Amy began teaching at the age of 18 and loves being a part of the Classic Image Family.
Alyssa Johnson

Alyssa has had dance in her heart since she was a little girl. She began taking classes at the young age of two and took a break for five years to dance on ice. She left the ice when she was ten to devote all of her time to dance and has been a part of the dance company at Classic Image Performing Arts and Classic Image Dance ever since. She was also a member of Ill-Matics teen performing group. Alyssa has taught dance to pre-schoolers while attending high school and will continue to dance and perform at Arizona State University.
Marcus Jones

Marcus has had a passion for dance all his life, he began taking professional dance lessons at the age of 10 at Phoenix Dance Academy. He assisted teaching at Leap of faith dance studio in Phx Az. and was also a member of the Phoenix Mercury Jr. Hip Hop squad.. Marcus danced w a young group of break dancers called the Curfew Breakers who did street shows and break dance battles around the valley and also in California and was a member of Automatic Response dance group. Marcus currently attends Marcos De Niza High school and is a member of a non profit organization called Break Street Promotions, which does street shows, promotional events and collaborates in events with Magellan. Marcus competes at break dancing battles in and outside of Arizona with his b-boy crew, and is currently a member of CID senior hip hop company and Elektrolytes dance crew.

Laurie has a professional background which includes both classical ballet as well as contemporary jazz. She has gained recognition for her work as a Dancer, Director, Choreographer, and a Teacher, with performing credits such as live concerts, TV commercials, industrials, as well as numerous dance companies. While touring locally and abroad, Laurie enjoyed teaching master classes that combined contemporary movement of today with classical sense of line, placement, and technique. Her style is fluid, expressive, and emotional.
Nikole Stahl

Dance has been a part of Nikole’s life for 22 years now. Growing up she trained in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip-Hop, and Lyrical. She started off choreographing her own solos, winning countless awards, she found her passion for creating movement and went on to share that with her students. She has assisted many choreographers and worked/danced for conventions and competitions all over the country. She was apart of “Automatic Response” dance company for 3 years. She has opened for Fergie, Beyonce, My Chemical Romance, Omarion and done many industrial shows, some including; Dillards, Ed Hardy, and Baby Phat. Nikole’s previous training in various styles of dance has propelled her to teach master classes all over the country. She teaches Jazz, Jazz Funk, Lyrical, Hip-Hop, Modern and Contemporary. Currently, she continues to work at her craft in Phoenix teaching, producing and choreographing shows, traveling setting choreography/ teaching master classes, judging for competitions, dancing and choreographing for a up and coming artist. She continues to push herself in creating new movement and keeping the passion of dance alive.
Chris Thomas

Chris is originally from Moreno Valley, CA but now resides in Phoenix, AZ. He started dancing at age 17 for the dance ministry “Step it Up”. He was then given the opportunity to sub classes at his home studio in Moreno Valley CA, and then went on to be on staff at age of 18 with barely a year under his belt. Chris trained under highly respected and innovated choreographers throughout the LA county, gaining respect as both a dancer and a young choreographer. After 3 years of competing, Chris turned professional, teaching and choreographing all over Southern California and auditioning with the dance agency MSA. Chris has appeared in a number of national music videos, commercials, and industrials. His credits include, Jessie and The Toy Boys, Tilted Kilt, SPDR Golf, THQ, Shut up Stella, He and I, L-Ray, New Like Us, and Arizona’s own Jasmine Hormez. Chris now directs and writes his own dance musicals, an endeavor he plans to take nationwide. Chris has developed a style of dance that he believes to be unique and diverse. The goal for any dancer who works with Chris is simple…to see a dancer go above and beyond what they think they are capable of and to exceed their potential.
