Summer is an excellent time to focus on your dance education, and it is for that reason that Classic Image Dance offers these types of Summer Programs.
A summer intensive program is for any dancer who wants to commit to learning at an accelerated rate. Each program is designed to stress technique as well as explore different styles and choreographers. Classes will be taught by members of the Classic Image staff, as well as many guest instructors from around the valley.

SUMMER INTENSIVE PROGRAM : (2 wks) JULY 29-AUGUST 8, 2013
An all inclusive dance intensive program for dancers of all levels. Dancers will receive 2-4 classes per day in Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, Tap, Hip Hop , Stretch, and more.
BEGINNERS: MONDAY – THURSDAY 5-7pm (new students or dancers who have participated in mini or level I classes during the previous dance season. Ages 5 and up)
INTERMEDIATE: MONDAY – THURSDAY 5-8:30 pm (intermediate dancers with at least 2 years experience, or who have participated in mini level II and III, or junior level I or II during the previous dance season. Ages 7 and up)
ADVANCED: MONDAY – THURSDAY 5-8:30 pm (Advanced Dancers Only. Ages 12 and up )
**Summer Intensive program is required for all dancers auditioning for the 2013 –2014 Classic Image Jazz Company. Auditions will be August 2nd. Dancers will be placed prior to the end of the session.
STORYBOOK BALLET: (1-week) JUNE 24-27TH OR JULY 29-AUGUST 1, 2013
Come and hear magical stories of princesses and ballet! Learn exquisite dances to perform for your family at the royal ball, where you will showcase your ballet technique, creative dance, and arts and crafts. Each princess will create an unique magical memory and never forget her enchanted journey.

A two day ballet refresher which includes technique classes, variation classes, pointe classes, and more.
BEGINNERS: SAT and SUN 10am– 1pm. (Ballet dancers with at least 1 year experience. Ages 6 and up)
INTERMEDIATE: SAT and SUN 9 am– 1pm. (Intermediate Ballet dancers with at least 3 years experience. Ages 9 and up)
ADVANCED: SAT and SUN 9am– 2pm. (Advanced Ballet Dancers only. Ages 13 and up)
**The Ballet Intensive program is required for all dancers auditioning for the 2013-2014 Classic Image Ballet Company. Auditions will be held at the end of the session on Sunday the 11th.
HIP HOP INTENSIVE PROGRAM: (2 Days) AUGUST 3-4, 2013
A two day Hip Hop Session full of fun and different styles of Hip Hop!
BEGINNERS: SATURDAY AND SUNDAY10AM -12NOON. (Hip Hop dancers with at least 1 year experience. Ages 6 and up)
INTERMEDIATE: SATURDAY AND SUNDAY10AM -1 PM. (Intermediate Hip Hop dancers with at least 3 years experience. Ages 9 and up)
ADVANCED: SATURDAY AND SUNDAY 10AM –2 PM . (Advanced Hip Hop Dancers only. Ages 13 and up)
